Sara Brells

Sara Brells (she/her) is a certified Nature-Connected Coach, parts work facilitator, NCC Student Mentor, and our Program Manager! Her personal and professional mission is to cultivate a world where folks are deeply connected with the earth, with their true self, with their body, and with community. She believes that personal healing and collective care are reciprocal.

At EBI, she is your go-to person for programmatic questions, from training dates to digging into juicy curriculum questions to exploring which parts of you are supporting and hindering your student progress. You can also expect to see her engaging with you in our Mighty Network community and working behind the scenes on communication and program logistics!

In her coaching and parts work business in Portland, OR, she offers parts work intensives, women’s circles, and family and 1:1 coaching to folks committed to healing the internalized stories that keep them small, so they can walk a more soulful path in right relationship with the world around them.
